AEVON, specialized in green mobility, is worldly famous for its reliable and multipurpose MTB trailers : STD 100, KIT L80 and UNO 100.

In 2017, AEVON decided to expand its range with an E-bike, Le Cafe Racer and its vintage motorbike design. Le Cafe Racer is an E-bike 100% French, 100% fixable and 200% fun!

With its expertise in the design and design of light vehicles, AEVON opens its design office in 2024: the all-suspension cargo bike is born, the Project 88.

Who is AEVON?

The Aevon brand was created in 2006 by  Benoît, a French engineer living in Germany.

He couldn’t find products adapted to his needs, so he decided to create his own MTB luggage trailer. After 2 years of development, virtual and real tests of several prototypes, the Aevon trailer was born between Munich and Salzburg.

Cycloboost, leader in France on the market of E-bike kits since 2009, has been working with AEVON since 2010 to improve the trailers and make them compatible with a motor.

A great friendship was born and Cycloboost became Aevon’s best partner. After a change of career, Benoit passed on the business to Cycloboost in 2013.

The experience of Aevon in bike trips, of Cycloboost in conversion kits and the design and production of aluminium frames enables us to offer high-performance products, reliable and adapted to your needs.

What is Aevon today?

Since 2023 Aevon is an independent company lead by Jules (Webmaster and former technical manager at Cycloboost) and Frank (Cycloboost CEO).

AEVON and CYCLOBOOST are more closely than ever to offer high-performance, evolving and fixable products.

Thanks to its frame conception experience, in 2017 Aevon decided to expand the range and to design a bike frame as strong as the trailers’ frames. The Cycloboost experience helped to develop a bike without the defects you can find in big brand E-bikes: an open and fixable system.

Inside story: even before designing the bike, we had already chosen to streamline the production of aluminium tubes: the tubes used for the bike are the same as those used for the trailers. Creativity was born from constraint, and here is a nice example with Le Cafe Racer!

AEVON strives to improve its products and keep the same production quality along the years.

We have chosen to focus on the quality and the customization of our products made in France. That’s what made the success and acknowledgement of the public.

AEVON’s luggage trailers:

All of our trailers are fitted with the same hitch system on the seatpost: this offers perfect handling ability: you can turn around a tree or make a U-turn on a small road without putting your foot to the ground.

The hitch being extremely strong, it’s possible to jump, take stairs, go anywhere without the unpleasant feeling of being unstable and pushed at the level of the wheel like is usually the case with other systems.

To sum up, our range includes 3 trailers:

• STD 100: suspended aluminium trailer (7kg), up to 35kg load off-road and 45kg for a use on roads, 100L capacity, can be motorized up to 1000w.
• KIT L80: suspended aluminium trailer (5,5kg) and foldable (perfect for the boot of your car or the plane),  up to 25kg off-road and 35kg for a use on roads, 80L capacity, can be motorized up to 250w.
• UNO 100:  steel trailer (7kg),  up to 35kg on roads, 100L capacity, can’t be motorized.

AEVON’s bike, Le Cafe Racer:

This bike, which looks like a vintage motorbike, has an original look, an innovative design and the must of high performance electric motors.

The bike Le Cafe Racer has a single size frame and can be entirely customized: you can for example choose the performances of the electric system (from 250w to 3500w), the lifespan of the battery up to 200km and the style you like.

All the cables go through the frame thanks to hatches specially planned for maintenance: the maintenance is easily accessible by any cycle technician or hobbyist.

The bike is upgradeable, even in 10 years it will be possible to replace the electric system by the latest generation of motors and batteries. The bike will  always be at the top of its game.

You can choose the color and the texture of the saddle, the color of the frame, a suspended or rigid fork, a low or high handlebar, a headlight motorbike style…

To complete this offer, you can also choose accessories: mudguard, rear rack, aluminium box for the battery, battery protection, anodized pedals, indicator on the handlebar…

Thanks to our CYC Motor last generation, the performances of the bike and the pilot can be measured with a Bluetooth app (compatible with Android and IOS): you can see the pedalling torque applied during one of your trips and the pedalling rythm.

The Bluetooth app supplied with these motors will enable you to adjust regularly and easily all the electronic management of the bike. You will improve the lifespan and your physical condition!
